The newly acquired 60's era Retail and Office Center located on the Broadway Corridor of San Antonio was in need up updating and refining. Years of tenant selected graphics and general building treatments clouded the hidden modern building underneath. The project is more of a "retractive" design process, removing what was added to the modern building forms to find the true contemporary nature and reinvigorating the complex into the current retail, office and restaurant compound fully engaging the nearby residential neighborhood.
